Srinivasa Ram Makineedi
Sreenivasa Ram Makineedi is an acclaimed mixed media artist, inspired be the intricate relations between nature and human psyche. Through texture creations and irregular object juxtaposition,his paintings exhibit rustic grunge brushstroke, evoking a sense of power. Using diverse techniques and muted colors portrays various aspects of human life, labor, and intrinsic human values. His artworks invitee viewers to embark on a contemplative journey, exploring the depths of our shared human experience.
Beauty is his central theme. The silent, eternal and beautiful is set against a background of apparent decay: Vanitas. Decay is visible in the handling of materials, not necessarily in the subject presented. His like paintings are built up with different imaginary and physical layers, giving the viewer a feeling of distance and at the same time a voyeuristic presence.
There is a timelessness to all his work, but the earth toned works perhaps evidence this upon an initial viewing, as you are surrounded by history and depth.... bits and pieces of those who paved the paths that made our lives possible.
Just as our own actions will echo through the generations to come. The paintings are the conversations of the artist.

Sreenivasa won a cash awards at the “75th All india Exhibiton“ and “82nd All india
Exhibiton“organized by Hyderabad Art society. He has exhibited his work in several
shows across Hyderabad, Bangalore and Mumbai.
Many of his paintings are in private collections, nationally and Internationally.
