I, Mayur Sureshkumar Heganekar, was born on 9th January at Solapur, India. I loved to daydream and draw as far as I can remember. Imagination is my greatest asset. I was fortunate to have great guidance and support from my mentors who taught me all about drawing and painting. I completed visual arts from Abhinav Kala Mahavidyalaya Pune in 2008.

I prefer painting in watercolors and oils but I also enjoy painting with acrylics, charcoals, and soft pastels. During my college days, I fell in love with painting landscapes on location and portraits from life. To keep my artistic creative juices flowing, I often create conceptual paintings based on some day to day experiences and feelings.
