About Biplab

Biplab is a freelance artist with a flair for both sculpture and painting; having been into fine arts for a little more than a decade now. Acrylic and Canvas as well as Copper, Brass and Bronze works being both his forte.

An avid story-teller on canvas and metal, Biplab loves to narrate parallels of nature- be it worldly, human or cosmic. His penchant for the multilayered facets of life has often pushed him to express and hide his ideas in layers. Nature being his ‘Forever and Always’, Biplab draws immense inspiration from birds. To him, birds can guide, explore, influence and lead- often better than their human counterparts!

According to Biplab,“There isn’t a place on earth- so broken that it can’t be cohabited by birds. Their resilience and power of adjustment makes them almost a fluidic symbol of the ever-progressive voyage of life.”

Biplab is also associated with quite a few NGOs dedicated for the cause and cure of Autism and Speech Therapy.

A quiet observer most of the time, Biplab spends his free time guiding and inspiring littles to draw and paint at his home workshop. He is also aces at cooking.
