Sudeep is an artist originally from Nepal, located at MSU Baroda presently.

"Enigmatic Fragrance of The Visual Arts and Me".

My earlier vision of B.V.A (Painting) thematically was restricted. As time passed the idea evolved in my mind. For me "Experimentation"- is a simple English word, which seems to have been employed either rightly or wrongly, but certainly widely, such that it has become synonymous with the act of working.

Individual visual vocabulary, nearly carving a niche for oneself. Still the feeling of finding and achieving such a language does not end the process, as after a point one fears of stagnancy. This brings us back to the need of experimentation. Not just as an act of re-working, re-viewing ones work but as a tool or a way to move out of these accepted, and appreciated space.

On the one hand, suggest the fragmented and disintegrated world ,on the other hand ,create the dept or the fourth dimension suggesting abstract feeling. The artist not only creates the fragmented incoherent parts but also attempts to re- connect these parts to an organized whole using bold , rapid , spontaneous and rhythmic lines across the disintegrated geometrical shapes constituents of the universe like trees , rivers , oceans , mountains , fountains , lakes , plants , stars , animals and human beings, symbolically incorporating every elements of the universe. These subsidiary images remain inconstant rhythm and harmony with the central image.

In every work of art , whether it is two or three dimensional , line has an important role. A work gains its definition- in terms of volume space even its mass from lines , I remember using own foot to make lines. For me lines are not merely restricted to simple delineations on paper, but extend its significance to every part of life, whether practical or philosophical . Creativity does not come neatly packed on a microchip. No, I agree , it don't . My next obstacle was to find a procedure to translate the prints onto an acceptable form of presentation . Inquiry and experimentation let us new

To find new structure in my work and to search for new textures are challenges offered by a new medium.(Art is Endless). To me , the purpose of the visual artist not to provide the process but the possibilities . The final result is always more important than the process.

Being an Graphics art member , I want to involve prints in three dimensional enigmatic line, shape and forms with covering the huge area.
