Description
This painting constructs a fever-bright city of angled roofs and stacked facades, where bold black contours act like scaffolding holding memory in place against a turbulent sky. Saturated reds and ember oranges pulse through the architecture, while cool blues and greens seep into the gaps, creating a tense dialogue between heat and refuge, urgency and pause. The repeated circular forms read as suns, streetlamps, or watchful eyes—softening the hard geometry and suggesting a human presence felt more as rhythm than as figure.
