This work constructs a restless patchwork of urban memory—planes of burnt orange, ochre, and electric blue stacked like weathered posters, each layer carrying the abrasion of time. Hard-edged stripes and serrated triangular motifs interrupt the softer, scumbled fields, creating a syncopated rhythm that feels both architectural and bodily, as if the city’s pulse were translated into pattern. Light is not depicted so much as embedded: it flashes through sanded textures and translucent veils, suggesting glimpses of clarity amid compression. The composition’s controlled disorder reads as a meditation on how we assemble coherence from fragments—repairing, revising, and re-seeing the same surface until it becomes a lived map.
