Description
Two figures sit in intimate suspension, their bodies rendered as dense thickets of line and texture, as if identity is something grown rather than worn—one more vegetal and dissolving, the other pared back to a stark, vulnerable clarity. The space around them reads like a dream-cartography: receding architecture and a solitary tree anchor the scene in memory while the soft, stained atmosphere makes the encounter feel both ancient and immediate. A hovering pink geometric form cuts through the earthen palette like a flare of emotion or fate, suggesting that tenderness and estrangement can occupy the same breath. The work becomes a quiet allegory of communion—how we reach across difference, and how the self is continually remade in the act of being seen.
