Description
Arranged as a four-panel cycle, the work stages a ritual of bodies in flux—figures that seem to kneel, fold, and invert, as if caught between prayer and collapse. Muted greys act like a veil of dust or memory, while the ochre-gold flesh bears incised symbols and watchful eyes, turning skin into an archive where experience is both recorded and surveilled. The looping contour that frames each quadrant reads as a tether or boundary, suggesting containment even as the poses strain toward transformation. In this subdued, weathered light, vulnerability becomes a kind of geometry—repeated, measured, and hauntingly human.
