Description
A volcanic field of reds surges across the surface, as if pigment has been flung and pressed into the canvas with equal parts urgency and restraint, leaving a visceral afterimage of heat, wound, and renewal. Around it, pale fractured planes read like cracked plaster or broken bone, a brittle perimeter that both contains and witnesses the central eruption, turning the composition into a tension between rupture and imposed order. Flecks of darker matter and embedded ochres suggest sediment and memory—layers that refuse to be fully buried—so the work becomes less an abstract gesture than a record of impact, survival, and the stubborn persistence of energy.
