Description
This composition hovers between still life and memory, where fractured planes of soft amber and slate dissolve into one another like objects half-recalled in dim light. The central cluster—part vessel, part folded paper, part glinting shard—acts as a precarious fulcrum, its sharp highlights cutting through surrounding velvets of shadow to suggest both intimacy and unease. Warm, honeyed forms press in from above while cooler blue accents retreat at the edges, creating a quiet tension between shelter and exposure.
