Description
Presented as a pair of circular fields, the work reads like twin celestial maps—intimate worlds suspended in shallow, wood-framed orbits where washes of slate, rust, and rose drift into one another with tidal softness. Flecks, dashes, and ringed marks hover like particulate memories, suggesting both microscopic life and distant constellations, collapsing scale until the viewer can’t tell whether they are looking outward to the cosmos or inward to the body. The left disc holds a cooler, sedimented quiet while the right blooms into warmer chromatic weather, turning the diptych into a conversation between restraint and release. In their circular containment, these atmospheres feel meditative yet restless, as if mapping the unseen currents that shape perception before they become words.
