Description
A monumental, vine-bound machine limb descends into a field like an intruder from another logic, its lacquered metal catching warm, artificial light against a sky of soft, indifferent blues. Below, two elegant wading birds continue their private choreography, their poised bodies and keen eyes setting a fragile counterpoint to the industrial grip above them. The black-and-yellow hazard bands slice the space into zones of warning, turning the meadow into a contested boundary where nature is both surveyed and threatened. In this uneasy tableau, the work meditates on control and resilience—how the living world persists, alert and beautiful, at the edge of mechanized intention.
