Description
This sculptural fish, assembled from weathered metal and a mosaic of flattened bottle-caps, turns discarded urban residue into a buoyant emblem of survival. Its scaled surface—alternating cool blues with insistent reds—reads like a patched memory, where fragments of printed text briefly surface and sink again, suggesting the sea as an archive of human excess. The curled wire eye lends the creature a wary, almost prophetic gaze, as if it swims between innocence and indictment, animating the tension between playfulness and ecological unease.
