Description
The work frames a railway yard as a quiet theatre of departures, where converging tracks pull the eye forward into a pale, misted distance and make movement feel inevitable even in stillness. Cool blues of the carriages counter the warm, dusty ground, while the soft wash of light dissolves hard industrial forms into something almost remembered rather than observed. The solitary carriage marked with an “X” reads like a sealed verdict or private signal—an emblem of routes denied, endings postponed, or choices narrowed—set against the persistent geometry of possibility. In this restrained atmosphere, the station becomes less a place than a state of mind: suspended between transit and pause, certainty and fog.
