Description
A humble earthen vessel is held in quiet suspension within a cube of tinted glass, where transparency becomes both a safeguard and a boundary. The warm, tactile clay—ringed with hand-worked striations—meets the cool, immaculate planes around it, turning the container into a meditation on preservation: what we cherish, what we isolate, and what we can never fully touch again. Light slips across the glass and pools into pale green reflections, softening the jar’s shadow into a ghosted duplicate, as if memory itself were another material layered into the work.
