The work unfolds like a palimpsest of memory, where pale aquas and chalky whites open quiet fields of breath between dense, brick-red lattices that read as both architecture and encoded thought. Incised lines ripple across the surface, their rhythmic currents binding disparate fragments—mask-like faces, windowed grids, and earthen textures—into a single, slow-moving psychological landscape. The softened visage at right, crowned with a weathered mosaic, suggests an inner guardian: serene yet fossilized by history, holding personal mythology against the pressure of constructed spaces.
