Grid Composition, Silhouetted Figures, Urban Geometry, Ochre-Gold Palette, Surveillance Mood, Narrative Collage, Ritual Gesture
Description

The work unfolds like an illuminated ledger of human gestures—dozens of small, gridded vignettes in which white silhouettes bend, rest, and contort against architectural fragments, as though private lives are being filed into an impersonal system. A dominant field of ochre-gold below functions as both ground and atmosphere, warming the scene while also suggesting the patina of time, bureaucracy, or ritual, and from it rises a solitary, masklike face that anchors the composition with an uneasy, watchful presence. The shifting palette—cool blues and grays punctuated by acidic yellows and ember reds—creates a rhythmic pulse, turning the grid into a choreography of repetition where individuality persists yet feels monitored. Between the modular order and the bodily vulnerability, the piece meditates on how modern environments catalogue us: our movements, our pauses, even our intimacies, rendered as symbols inside a larger, mute architecture.
