Description
A pale monolith of carved stone rises with the quiet authority of a stele, its softened, irregular contour suggesting something weathered by time yet deliberately preserved. Down its face, a column of incised symbols reads like a private alphabet—memory pressed into matter—while the warm, terracotta-colored element at the back slips in like a shadow or a second voice, introducing tension between origin and revision. Balanced on a tiered, dark base amid rough gravel, the work stages a dialogue between permanence and precarity, as if meaning itself must be continually re-settled in order to stand.
