Description
The composition stages a collision between vision and confinement: two monumental camera lenses loom like mechanical moons over a fractured roadway, their glossy apertures suggesting both witness and appetite. Barbed wire cuts across the foreground in tense diagonals, turning the act of looking into an occupied territory and implicating the viewer in a system of surveillance and restriction. Muted greys and industrial blacks compress the space into a claustrophobic horizon, while the hard-edged geometry of buildings and asphalt reads as a city built from control rather than community. In this uneasy panorama, perception becomes infrastructure—recording, dividing, and quietly governing what is allowed to pass.
