Abstract Expressionism, Mixed-Media Texture, Turquoise Palette, Layered Surfaces, Urban Fragments, Gestural Marks, Palimpsest
Description

A field of cool turquoise and cerulean behaves like atmospheric silence, yet it is continually ruptured by carnival inflections—violet, saffron, and ember—suggesting memory surfacing through layers of erasure. Vertical bands and fractured planes read as an improvised architecture, where the eye moves between containment and release, as if a city’s scaffolding were dissolving into pure sensation. The paint’s scraped, palimpsestic handling turns light into something archaeological: illumination is not applied but uncovered, revealing the tension between what is preserved, what is overwritten, and what stubbornly persists.
