Love Figurative Sculpture

This elongated figurative sculpture distills an embrace into a single, continuous vertical breath—two bodies merging into one lyrical silhouette where negative space becomes as intimate as touch. The cool, green patina reads like memory oxidized: time settling on passion, softening edges into quiet devotion while light slides across the simplified planes like a whispered confession. By withholding facial detail and exaggerating slender proportions, the artist shifts the narrative from specific lovers to an archetype of longing, suggesting that closeness is less a moment than a shared structure of belonging. The poised stillness—half dance, half refuge—turns tenderness into monument.
