Description
Set against an antique cartographic field dense with mythic vignettes and engraved geography, two monumental circles stage a quiet cosmology: twin trees, identical in structure yet transformed by opposing atmospheres. The left orb glows with amber warmth, its branching veins reading like living waterways across a remembered world, while the right sinks into nocturnal ultramarine, where the same network becomes a constellation of distances and absences. By suturing botanical form to the logic of maps, the work suggests that what we call “place” is also a nervous system—charted not only by lines and borders, but by seasons of perception, memory, and time’s shifting light.
