This work stages the horse race as a compressed allegory of modern momentum, where bodies become mechanisms and victory is measured in fractions of breath. The dominant red field—part barcode, part vibrating curtain—pressurizes the space, turning the track into a system of speed, surveillance, and commodified spectacle. Against that synthetic grid, the grayscale riders and horses erupt in midair, their suspended leap reading as both exaltation and entrapment, a fleeting freedom framed by codes, numbers, and the ominous promise of an “EXIT.”
