Description
This work reads like an excavated palimpsest—an island of ochres and ash tones where thick, charred contours corral fragments of symbols into a forgotten cartography. Its bruised, granular surface evokes weathering and erosion, as if meaning has been rubbed down by time yet stubbornly persists in glyphs, dots, and boxed marks that hover between language and talisman. Light appears trapped within the warm stains, pushing gently against the darker encrustations, creating a quiet tension between revelation and concealment.
