Description
This sculptural figure rises like a votive icon, its elongated body and upturned arms creating a quiet axis between earthbound weight and a canopy of fragile, origami-like birds. The deep black ground turns the bronze and ochre surfaces into a kind of inner light, where textured “bark” and branching forms cradle the figure as if memory itself were taking root around her.
