Assemblage Sculpture, Body Fragmentation, Industrial Materials, Burlap Texture, Precarious Balance, Labor Critique, Visceral Red-White

This assemblage stages a precarious anatomy of labor: a funnel-like vessel and rubber tires compress the figure into an improvised pedestal, while two pallid, blood-streaked limbs spill outward like evidence of a body made surplus. The coarse, burlap-wrapped legs read as both support and trap, their earthy tactility countered by the industrial sheen of the tire—an uneasy marriage of the organic and the manufactured. In the stark, isolating light, the work becomes a quiet indictment of systems that ask the body to bear weight until it is abstracted into parts, leaving endurance as its only monument.
