This work stages a quiet cosmology from the simplest means: banded strata of teal, umber, and midnight read like geological time or coded transmissions, interrupted by a dense black disc that absorbs all narration into a single, undeniable void. The thin white diagonals, like a fractured perspective grid, try to rationalize the field—measuring, mapping, containing—yet their broken edges suggest systems under strain, where order is always provisional. Color behaves as atmosphere rather than decoration, shifting between cool marine depths and earthen warmth to evoke a horizonless space in which gravity feels psychological.
