Description
This charcoal-toned vision suspends two bodies in a dense lattice of rootlike veins, where anatomy seems to dissolve into the nervous architecture of the earth itself. The stark, pallid highlights on the nearer figure read like a last pulse of light, pushing against the surrounding darkness that folds and knots in obsessive, maplike currents. Space becomes psychological rather than literal—a subterranean chamber of memory—so the act of drifting feels less like flight than a surrender to interconnected forces. In this tangle, the figures suggest both vulnerability and belonging, as if individuality is continually being rewritten by the web that holds and consumes it.
