Rest and Reflection by Vaishnavi

I am Vaishnavi Narayanan, a teacher at The School KFI. Over my years at school, I have taught many subjects across different sections of school. I believe that art is an integral part of life and it is alive for me in everything that I do. As someone who is not a professional artist, art for me, is a way of connecting with myself, with what I see around me and in my relationship with nature. I dabble and experiment with different kinds of medium. I enjoy the challenge of working with acrylic paints as it requires one to be quick, efficient, and at the same time, capture the essence of what one is trying to create in the painting. In short, my journey with art is my journey through life, in all its hues and colours.
